Second use of JNI_CreateJavaVM

I would like to CreateJavaVM twice after DetachCurrentThread and DestroyJavaVM


TEST 1 JNI_CreateJavaVM rc=0


TEST 1 DetachCurrentThread rc=0


TEST 1 DestroyJavaVM rc=0


Unable to create Java Virtual Machine.


TEST 2 JNI_CreateJavaVM rc=-5


TEST 2 -5 = ??
